When she returns, Jess is still coming to terms with her own physical and emotional scars as she grapples with the question of ‘What now?’ As she undergoes a new innovative recovery process involving virtual reality, she builds a new world where she can begin to heal herself.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Dawn was most recently seen in Innovocative Theatre’s production of KEELY AND DU. She has performed around the Tampa Bay area for 20 years including roles in ANGELS IN AMERICA, MEDEA, THE LARAMIE PROJECT, TALKING WITH, THE TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL, KINDERTRANSPORT, THE MEMORY OF WATER, THE CIRCLE MIRROR TRANSFORMATION, 10 % OF MARTA SOLANO, and INHERIT THE WIND. She has also been seen freeFall Theatre’s production of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, Studio@620’s production of GRACE, Hattrick’s SISTER MARY IGNATIUS EXPAINS IT ALL TO YOU, and Center Theatre Company’s THE CRUCIBLE. She is also the director of Stageworks Education Outreach Program.
Erin Foster as Kacie
Erin Foster is an actress and activist in the Tampa Bay Area. She was last seen onstage in the St. Petersburg Shakespeare Festival’s production of JULIUS CAESAR and The Space’s THE LARAMIE PROJECT. Other notable roles include Edna Klein in Theatre Exceptional’s CHILDREN OF A LESSER GOD, Cora in The Tampa Repertory Theatre’s THE ICEMAN COMETH, Mrs. McClain in Stageworks/Tampa Rep’s INHERIT THE WIND, and Bobbi Michele in Stageworks’ LAST OF THE RED HOT LOVERS. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Southeastern University. She is thrilled to be working with Innovocative Theatre to tell this important story, and grateful to be a part of such an exceptional cast and crew.
New to the Tampa Bay area, Marie-Claude is originally from Quebec City, Canada. Since relocating here, she was seen at Ruth Eckerd Hall in MIKE HAMMER: ENCORE FOR MURDER, at Stageworks reprising her role of Catherine in Innovocative Theatre’s production of PROOF and she starred as Andrea in DARK VANILLA JUNGLE. She was also spotted sporting a wiry orange wig as Stalker and Beverly in SOMEBODY/NOBODY at Powerstories Theatre. She attended George Brown Theatre School in Toronto. and has performed in many productions in Montreal and Toronto such as LION IN THE STREETS, ANGELS IN AMERICA, OTHELLO and A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM. Other credits include one acts: IF-THEN(ELSE), OUR SPECIES IS SCREWED and YOUR MOTHER SHOULD KNOW. Her first play, THANK YOU NOTES, won audience favorite at the Rhino Theatre’s One Act Jamboree in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. Special thanks to her husband Matthew, her two kids, Zoé and Zachary, and her wonderful family and friends from near and far for their love and support.
Jacob is a theater and voice actor last featured in the MIKE HAMMER: ENCORE FOR MURDER at Ruth Eckerd Hall, the “Memoirs of Murder” video game series, several Mattel talking toys, and the “Speedy the Turtle” animated short. He would like to thank his father, mother, sister, and his teachers Cristina, Victoria, and Brian for this performance.
Jason is very excited to be making his debut at Innovocative Theatre and to be working with director Staci Sabarsky again. The two previously worked together at the start of 2017 in SHAKESPEARE IN HOLLYWOOD in which he played Oberon at Richey Suncoast Theatre. He recently played Fran in GEMINI at West Coast Players, was Carl in A NICE FAMILY CHRISTMAS at Early Bird Dinner Theater, and is very proud to have been in ALL MY SONS as Chris Keller at Carrollwood Players which won for best play on Broadwayworld.com St. Pete region. When he is not pursuing his passion of acting, by day he works as a supervisor at Disparti Law Group helping people with both physical and mental disabilities. He is very proud to be a part of this show as it deals with PTSD, a condition he is very sympathetic towards.
