Stageworks corporate sponsorship programs offer Tampa Bay’s businesses an opportunity to partner with our community’s longest running professional theatre company. We can help you achieve your specific marketing goals by increasing your visibility, public relations, and market share.

Sponsorships are available for Main Stage Productions, Education Programs, special events, and other series, for example, Staged Readings.

Our Sponsorship Packages

BRONZE PRODUCTION SPONSORSHIP

For your BRONZE Production Sponsorship at the $2,500 level, your business will receive:

  • Business name and logo on Stageworks website during your Production.
  • Name and logo recognition in e-newsletter for 1 edition (7,000+ subscribers).
  • Business name and Logo on Email announcements before the Production.
    • Received by 50,000+ individuals in the Tampa Bay community.
  • Logo added to Facebook postings regarding production.
  • Logo on signage in lobby during your Production.
  • Business logo listed in Playbill for your Production.
  • Recognition and thanks during Curtain speech at each performance (12 in all).
  • A total of 4 tickets for your Production – invite clients, staff, etc. to join you. Additional tickets offered at discount.

SILVER PRODUCTION SPONSORSHIP

For your SILVER Production Sponsorship at the $5,000 level, your business will receive:

  • Business name and logo on Stageworks website during your Production.
  • Name and logo recognition in e-newsletter for 2 editions (7,000+ subscribers).
  • Logo on Production marketing materials.
  • Business name and Logo on Email announcements before and during the Production.
    • Received by 50,000+ individuals in the Tampa Bay community.
  • Logo added to Facebook postings regarding production.
  • Logo on signage in lobby during your Production.
  • Business logo listed in Playbill for your Production.
  • Quarter page ad in Playbill.
  • Recognition and thanks during Curtain speech at each performance (12 in all).
  • A total of 6 tickets for your Production – invite clients, staff, etc. to join you.
  • Additional tickets offered at discount.

GOLD PRODUCTION SPONSORSHIP

For your GOLD Production Sponsorship at the $10,000 level, your business will receive:

  • Business name and logo on Stageworks website during your Production.
  • Name and logo recognition in e-newsletter for 4 editions (7,000+ subscribers).
  • Logo on Production marketing materials.
  • Business name and Logo on all Email announcements before and during the Production.
  • Received by 50,000+ individuals in the Tampa Bay community.
  • Logo added to Facebook postings regarding production.
  • Logo and business name in press releases in local papers, business newsletters, community calendars, etc., regarding Production.
  • Logo on signage in lobby during your Production.
  • Business logo prominently listed in Playbill for every performance of your Production.
  • Half page ad in Playbill.
  • Recognition and thanks during Curtain speech at each performance (12 in all).
    • Business representative invited to make comments at Opening Night curtain speech.
  • A total of 12 tickets for your Production– invite clients, staff, etc. to join you.
  • Additional tickets offered at discount.
  • Other opportunities designed exclusively for Production Sponsor.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP (SEASON SPONSOR)

For your SEASON Sponsorship at the $20,000 levelyour business will receive:

  • Business name and logo on Stageworks website for one full year.
  • Name and logo recognition in e-newsletter for 6 editions (7,000+ subscribers).
  • Logo on Performance Season marketing materials.
  • Business name and Logo on Email updates and announcements.
  • Received by 50,000+ individuals throughout the Tampa Bay community.
  • Logo added to Facebook postings regarding productions all season long.
  • Logo and business name in press releases in local papers, business newsletters, community calendars, etc. all season.
  • Logo on signage in lobby all season.
  • Business logo prominently listed in Playbill for every performance of the season.
  • Full page ad in Playbill.
  • Recognition and thanks during Curtain speech at each performance (72 in all).
  • Business representative invited to make comments at Opening Night curtain speeches. (6 in all)
  • A total of 36 tickets to divide between 6 productions – invite clients, staff, etc. Use 6 tickets per production or however you prefer. 
  • Additional tickets offered at a discount. 
  • Other opportunities designed exclusively for Season Sponsor.
