A one-of-a-kind space.

Stageworks Theatre is available for private parties, corporate meetings, and special events of all kinds. We offer the theatre, lobby and rehearsal hall, all under one roof with attached parking, just minutes from the heart of downtown Tampa.

Rental Packages

We offer various packages to suit your rental needs, including — Basic 4 hour Package for main stage theatre, Lobby 4 hour Package, and Additional Equipment Rental / Staff Packages. See details below:

Our Events & Other Shows

BASIC 4 HOURS PACKAGE FOR MAINSTAGE THEATRE

4 hour use of the space (Theatre space has 99 fixed seats)
Use of two (2) dressing rooms designed for approximately 8-10 persons each.
Standard black masking.
Sound system with house speakers and 2 basic wired microphones.
Sound system includes basic CD music playback.
House lighting plot with focus and color.
Spacious lobby, restrooms and baby grand piano.
Theatre Technical Director+
Only technicians provided and/or approved by the Theatre may operate the lighting console, sound console or rigging system.
Custodial

LOBBY 4 HOUR PACKAGE

Baby Grand Piano $100.00 (subject to availability and approval)
Piano Tuning Price Upon Request

60” Round Banquet Table $10.00 each

- NOTE: Other Theatre events may supersede availability of some of the above items.

STAGE LABOR AND STAFF:

House technician: $40/hr
House Manager: $40/hr
Security: $40/hr

Additional Information

All staff, including technical directors and custodial working past 8 hours will incur in a time and a half pay rate which will be reflected in the contract. All renters must present evidence of event insurance 1 week before the event in order for the event to take place (eventhelper.com). If you provide your own security, please provide the proper documentation. Plus applicable Florida State Sales Tax.

For the non-profit rate, current 501(c)(3) Letter of Determination must be attached to the Contract.
All rates as stated above include all electrical service and HVAC.
