Roxanne Fay

as Hercule Poirot

Roxanne Fay (Hercule Poirot) Roxanne Fay is pleased to be back with Stageworks. Roxanne joined the 2022 season with the Prague Shakespeare Company and was honored with the 2022 Berkie Award (Berkshire Theatre Critics’ Association) for her portrayal of Mary Tyrone in Bridge Street Theatre’s Long Day’s Journey Into Night (New York). Locally, she is an Artistic Associate at Jobsite Theater and at The Off Central. Roxanne is very proud to have been part of the original cast of OZ for freeFall Theatre and her roles there include Nurse Ratched in One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest. Roxanne is a playwright and two time recipient of the Creative Pinellas Professional Artists’ Grant.

Shaun Memmel

as John

Shaun Memmel (John) is super excited to be part of the world premiere of Poirot Returns! here at Stageworks. He has been acting on stage since the 7th grade and his is previous roles have included Liam in ‘Bad Jews’ Stanley in ‘Brighton Beach Memoirs’, George in ‘All My Sons’, and Mikey in ‘Shear Madness’ at the Straz and Florida Studio Theatre. Shaun would like to thank his friends and family for all of their support!

Katherine Yacko

as Mary

Katherine Yacko (Mary) Katherine is absolutely thrilled to make her Stageworks debut in this enthralling new adaptation! No stranger to Agatha Christie, she has portrayed past ladies of mystery in Murder on the Orient Express (Countess Andrenyi) & And Then There Were None (Vera Claythorne) in her home state of Arkansas (Murry’s Dinner Playhouse). Locally, you may have spotted her in Jobsite’s productions of Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead (Rosencrantz), Hamlet (same), and LIZZIE: The Musical (Bridget). In addition to acting, Katherine is delving into directing by assisting at local theaters including LAB Theater Project, Jobsite Theater, and next she’ll be assisting her amazing partner Landon with Stageworks Theatre’s The Great Christmas Cookie Bake-Off! A Herculean thanks to Heather, Larry, and Karla for this opportunity, and YOU for supporting live theatre! 



Jaryn McCann

as Alfred

Jaryn McCann (Alfred) is ecstatic to be back on the Stageworks stage with Poirot Returns! A recent graduate from the University of Tampa with a BFA in Musical Theatre, Jaryn has been fortunate enough to be working consistently in the Tampa Area both on and off stage. Past on stage credits include: Sister Mary Leo in Nunsense Ah-Men (Straz Produced), Scott in Evil Dead: The Musical (Stageworks), U/S for Sparky and Smudge in Plaid Tidings (Straz Produced), Chiron/Mr. Brunner in The Lightning Thief Musical (ThinkTank). Past off stage credits: Stage Manager for The Great American Trailer Park Musical (Stageworks), Stage Manager in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Stageworks). 

Susan Haldeman

as Evie

Susan Haldeman (Evie, Dr Wilkins, Dorcas, Bailey) was last seen at Stageworks in The Great American Trailer Park Musical (Betty) and The Smell of the Kill (Deborah).  Select credits include: Stageworks: Murder On the Orient Express (Mrs. Hubbard), Last of the Red Hot Lovers (Jeanette), Morningside (Grace), The Lifespan of a Fact (Emily); Jobsite Theater: Dr. Ride’s American Beach House (Meg); freeFall Theatre: Peter Pan (Starkey, Nana), Peter and the Starcatcher (Mrs. Bumbrake/Teacher), Assassins (Sarah Jane Moore), among others; The Hippodrome State Theatre: The Great American Trailer Park Christmas Musical (Betty) & The Winter Wonderettes (BJ); Theatrezone: Funny Thing…Forum with Eddie Mekka (Domina). Julia Rifino (Cynthia) is thrilled to be back at Stageworks in POIROT RETURNS! Julia finds immense joy performing in our Tampa Bay community, and her most recent credits include: Pickles in THE GREAT AMERICAN TRAILER PARK MUSICAL, Olive Ostrovsky in 25th..SPELLING BEE (Stageworks); Kate Monster in AVENUE Q (Straz Center & Stageworks); Red Girl in SHOUT! THE MOD MUSICAL (Straz Center); Sophie in MAMMA MIA! (American Stage); and Lead Female in LEONARD BERNSTEIN’S NY (freeFall). Cody Farkas

as Lawrence

Cody Farkas (Lawrence) is excited for his first time performing at Stageworks! Some of Cody’s favorite roles include Sergeant Trotter “The Mousetrap” (SPC), Dr. Polidori “Creating Monsters” (Lab Theater), and Jules “Sunday in the Park with George” (Ruth Eckerd Hall. While he has been performing on the stage for over 7 years, he has also been involved in several movie productions in the Tampa bay area. Cody would like to thank his family and his friends for constantly supporting him throughout everything.

Lance Markeith Felton

as Dr. Wilkins

Lance Markeith Felton (Dr. Wilkins) was born in Tuscaloosa, AL raised in Tampa, FL by a mother eager to break away from the slow country lifestyle. He began rapping at age 5 and hosting talent/fashions shows at age 13. He started professional studio recording at age 16, and began studying acting his freshmen year of high school. He has studied classical drama and stage combat in a BFA Program at Florida State University, and abroad in London. Having spent over a decade honing his crafts, Lance Markeith wants to introduce new kinds of works like, The Machine, a gospel/sci-fi stage play, where he juxtaposes Science and Religion, showcasing the folly and hubris in man’s attempt to understand God’s power. Markeith is most passionate about exposing more Hip-Hop music and culture to Broadway and the arts industry.
